It sounds like the abs system is engaging for some reason as to why you need to have it checked by a dealer. There may be a bad sensor for the wheel speed system

2004 grand prix - Traction control, ABS system not functioning properly.?
It seems that whenever there is rain or snow on the ground my break pedal pushes up really hard and kind of vibrates then my ABS light comes on and the traction control shuts off. Why is it doing this?2004 grand prix - Traction control, ABS system not functioning properly.?
