When I Copy things and want to Paste them using Control+V, whatever I am trying to paste, not matter what program, even Windows itself, will not appear until I release Control while still holding V. Under normal circumstances, it should just paste, and if I hold both keys, it should even continue to Paste over and over again.
I have no idea if this is a setting or hardware or what.

maybe your ';v'; key's rubber is damaged. you can right click mouse then click paste.Control+V not functioning correct. Have to release Control before thingspaste.?
chances of virus or trozon.. scan with antivirus once,if its happening with mouse also..
