Try reprogramming the remote and make sure you have chosen the proper component to send a signal to. Otherwise, contact the manufacturer. Try another battery too, just in case the new battery is faulty.

Just see if you have put the battery in the right polarity


I mean see inside your remote battery there is + and - sign


Put your batteries as per that
Sometimes the remote must be lacking some carbon in it may be thats the reason only the company can sort out this problem.
