Does mescalene/cactus juice/peyote cause you to lose control of bodily functions?

I would never do a psychotropic drug, but I am just curious about them. I knew some one who said she nearly went insane doing mescalene and demanded some one call an ambulance. I heard from some one else that he laughed for many hours and could barely move his limbs. It was like he was paralyzed. He also lost control of body functions, if you know what I mean.
