Which twin controls basic functions in the case of conjoined twins?

With conjoined twins you have two seperate minds. Who controls simple body functions ie. arms, walking etc. Even to the extent of breathing, you have two sources possibly inhaling..?Which twin controls basic functions in the case of conjoined twins?
It depends entirely upon where they are conjoined. In most cases, they have control over the parts attached to their own brain stems.

If they are joined at the trunk, its usually the stronger one, unless they share. If its at the head, then the one who has more brain function controls the parts attached.

No two sets are the same. They can share one or more organs, including their hearts and lungs.

Those cases are rare though.
