How do I get back in control after being spoofed. Some contacts blocked and some sites not even functioning?

I have received hundreds of undelivered mail messages for mail I haven't sent, consequently the powers that be think I am sending bulk spam mail and have blocked me. I don't know whether it's part of the same problem but some sites especially talktalk do not functionHow do I get back in control after being spoofed. His email was spoofed. This is very common. About the only think you can do is start contacting the spam website like spamcop.com and you can petition to have your email unlisted. Some sites automatically do this after 48 hours of no spam being sent out.How do I get back in control after being spoofed. Some contacts blocked and some sites not even functioning?
Did you contact the spam blocking websites and see if you are listed?

You are probably correct in assuming that your websites not functioning, bulk spamming, etc, are part of the same problem. If you are using Outlook Express, it may be because of a particularly nasty virus or malware program. These programs can often send out mail without you being aware.

A virus scan is definitely the first step to solving your problem. Here are names of some good free (some only temporarily) scanners, and a link to an online scan:

AVG Anti-virus

Avast

AntiVir

NOD32

With some virii, scanning may be a difficult task if you do not already have a virus scanner installed on your computer, as it may block access to the websites or portions of websites needed to download or install a virus scanner. They can even prevent scanners from installing!

Windows Updates are also a great idea to prevent more such mishaps in the future.
May be your ID was stolen! if you haven't sent out how can it come back to you.
WHO YA GONNA CALL?? GHOSTBUSTERS!!
