The buttons on the steering wheel operate the radio functions IE right hand buttons volume up/ down on the left off button or function tuning etc.

The buttons on the left are for the mobile phone prep
if you paid for it to be installed when the car was been built.
They will operate the CD player/radio I have them in my Clio love it.. can skip to next track just with a flick of a finger... wicked!
